Compatibility

The wine goes well with red meat dishes, especially beef, as well as with game, stewed oxtail, duck, vegetables and mature cheeses.

The wine has a bright plum red color.

Scent

Fragrant, lively. Assorted glazed fruits - red-infused marmalade with notes of marshmallow. The fragrances are reminiscent of flambé crepe suzette with a hint of orange (Grand Marnier).

Taste

Red fruits overwhelm the palate - raspberries, cranberries, redcurrants, rhubarb and some blackcurrants. There is no shortage of medium flavor - the appetizing acidity and juiciness of this Cabernet fills all the gaps. Grainy, well-defined high-resolution tannins are right on the palate, in tandem with supporting oak notes.
