Color

The whiskey has a rich honey hue, which gives it a sophisticated look.

Scent

Black currants, raisins and sticky dates. Plum, maraschino with glacial cherry. Malt bread, dark chocolate and a hint of Pedro Ximenez sherry.

Taste

Raisins, charcoal and stewed plums, sour and sweet cherries, molasses and soft oak spices. Ginger and chocolate counter the rich earth. On the finish, the polished oak and fruit preserves fade, leaving nutmeg, spirit, brown sugar and some resin.
