Martini vermouths are not consumed during meals. As a rule, Martini is drunk either before meals as an aperitif, or after - in combination with fruits or nuts (especially salted peanuts). Martini Bianco has an unusual taste in which astringency and bitterness are combined with sweet notes. Bianco is less bitter and more refined than Rosso. It is very easy to drink.
