Compatibility

Vodka is an excellent base for cocktails, and can also be served neat in chilled glasses or over ice. Due to its very mild taste, it goes well with exquisite French cuisine: foie gras, the most tender white veal, truffles, ratatouille, frog legs, Burgundy snails, oysters and lobsters. Olives are ideal as appetizers.

The refined, rounded aroma of vodka has slightly sweet notes, reminiscent of delicate almond cookies.

Vodka has an exceptionally soft, rounded taste, which is achieved through five-fold distillation. The slightly oily texture of the vodka leaves a long, pleasant aftertaste.
