Compatibility

Perfect as a cocktail, like the famous gin and tonic (one part gin to two parts tonic), or, for the more experienced, just served with a little sparkling water, and maybe a little lemon juice and a little sugar syrup.

Scent

An excellent balance where juniper is still dominant but a citrus freshness is also allowed to shine through. Its alcohol level enhances a smooth flavour with lemon peels and pine notes.

Taste

The slight liquorice sweetness enhance the citrus and spiced sensations.
