Siberian sturgeon caviar has a very delicate taste with a unique aftertaste, which is achieved thanks to the purest spring water in which our sturgeon fish are grown. Siberian sturgeon caviar has a gray color palette from pearl gray to gun metal color. The diameter of the caviar is from 2.5 to 2.8 mm.
